ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Alycia. I am a stay-at-home-mommy to my beautiful three-year-old daughter, and am expecting a baby boy in April. We live in New Brunswick Canada in a cozy little house in the woods, and spend a lot of time exploring the outdoors. When we aren't outside, we can usually be found in the kitchen! My daughter is the best little helper :) I have always had a passion for food, health/wellness, and writing, so a lifestyle blog seemed like a no-brainer!
